一、退換貨說明

• 由於本網站販售的為二手設計師商品，商品多具有獨特性與使用痕跡，恕不接受「個人因素」退換貨（如尺寸不合、與預期不同等）。

• 若商品寄送過程中造成重大瑕疵，請於收到商品 48 小時內 與我們聯繫，並提供完整照片。

• 經審核符合退貨條件後，將提供退貨流程說明。

二、退貨條件

• 商品須保持寄出時的完整包裝與配件。

• 不得下水清洗、修改或再使用。

• 若不符合退貨條件，我們有權拒絕退貨申請。

三、退款方式

• 退款將於確認退貨商品後 7–14 個工作天內處理。

• 退款將退回原付款方式（不含運費與手續費）。

• If the item arrives with major damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

• If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

2. Return Conditions

• The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.

• It must not be washed, altered, or worn.

• We reserve the right to reject any return not meeting these conditions.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping and handling fees).
